Maintenance Mechanic
Position Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Pottstown, PA – Traveling Position
Position Type: Hourly, Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are searching for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with skills to assist in the installation and maintenance of industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of machines and tools, including welding, repair, and maintenance including fabrication. We work in a wide variety of industrial jobs. This position requires a high level of travel, roughly 75%, so a willingness to travel is a must.
Job Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining & repairing industrial machinery in different industrial environments.
- Performs routine maintenance and testing on machines and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Uses problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to properly resolve machine and equipment issues.
- Fabricating parts and equipment for repairs and machine upgrades based off of drawings, blueprints, and other diagrams.
- Communicating with customers, other team members, Foreman, and Project Managers to ensure proper housekeeping and safety procedures are being followed.
Job Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge and ability to use power and hand tools.
- Mechanical skills background in automotive is a plus.
- Fabrication and welding skills (specifically welding skills in MIG, TIG, or Stick)
- Ability to read prints, including blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Experience working as an industrial maintenance technician or similar fields is a plus.
- Familiarity with PPE and OSHA standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Project Coordinator

Job Purpose:
We are searching for a Project Coordinator to join our growing, fast-paced team. The Project Coordinator will report directly to the Employee Development Manager but will work closely with our team of Project Managers. This position will work to ensure that administrative tasks related to jobs and projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to be a self-starter. The ideal candidate will also have experience working in an industrial or mechanical environment or field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Project Managers to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives.
- Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized.
- Work with Project Manages in construction management software to update project schedule.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to determine material and equipment needs of certain projects.
- Schedule and book travel, including flights and hotels, for crews scheduled to work out of town projects.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Employee Development Managers to book rental cars as needed for travel.
- Manage receipt of materials and equipment for upcoming jobs or projects.
- Coordinating with vendors and external partners when receiving errors occur.
- Organize project managers and track receipts to organize expenses for each project.
- Work with Office Manager to complete monthly credit card reconciliation.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, industrial engineering, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Experience in project coordination within the industrial industry is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office systems, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience working with mechanical and industrial teams or field sets.
